Admin Class Management Tool Guide

Accessible from within District and School Administrator Accounts, the Admin Class Management Tool provides insight and visibility into each class within SpacesEDU. With this tool, administrators can view student, teacher, and family engagement, add comments to student Posts, troubleshoot teacher questions, and oversee district and school initiatives.

This guide showcases how Administrators can:

• View Classes and Spaces and edit various settings
• Access People Tab to view, invite and/or remove students, family and co-teachers
• Access and help support the Reporting Space of each class - including set up, downloading reports, and more
• View student and teacher work within each space - comment, react, share, celebrate, and so much more.
